 Welcome to Prickly Rock Ranch and Livestock! We are a first-generation ranching family raising high-quality meats in the mountains of Utah using sound, holistic nutritional practices. We believe health starts at the source, the health of the food you eat. We are proud to offer some of the most nutritious beef and lamb available on the market. We feed our animals the best quality of food, fresh grass pastures in the summer, grass/alfalfa hay, and luscious barley sprouts in the winter months.

 Our goal is to create a legacy for our children, and future generations using regenerative ranching practices. Part of our passion is not only helping people understand the importance of agriculture but that their health and what they eat matter. This goes beyond just selling you a rib-eye steak. It's knowing that when you buy meat from us, you are a part of that dream and legacy too. It's about providing you with nutritious food for your family.

 Our passion has always been surrounded by sustainability and education. It's about going against the grain, not just doing things the easy cheap way. Finding the best mineral, the best feed, not just good or average. How to take care of our animals and the land without just using chemicals, how to make them better. If we can't instill that in our family and the people who prescribe to our ideals and the concept of furthering education, at that point we're just another ranch selling meat.
