We believe in feeding ourselves and our children the most nutritious foods possible and we decided it should be no different for our animals, especially since the animals we raise provide us with the food that we eat. Approx. 180 lb ±3% of grass-finished beef.

Includes 8-10 Ribeyes, 7-8 NY Strips, 3-4 Filets, 5-6 Sirloins, 5 Chuck Roasts, a Brisket half, and around 60 lb of ground beef.

Bones and organs not included.

Breakdown:

Steaks: ~45 lbs

Roasts: ~56 lbs

Short Ribs & Stew: ~15 lbs

Ground: ~63 lbs

IMPORTANT

We are currently taking orders for pick up in March 2027. The final price of this half beef will be $2,430. A 50% deposit of $1,215 is required to order for pick up in March 2027. We will be sending invoices for the remaining 50% around 2 - 4 weeks before pick up in March 2027. The total for this purchase of a half beef will be $2,430.
