A perfect introduction to bulk beef. Expect 4-5 Ribeyes, 3-4 NY Strips, 1-2 Filets, 3-4 Sirloins, 2-3 Chuck Roasts, ½ Brisket, and roughly 30 lb of ground beef.
Bones and organs not included.
